FACILITY RULES
GENERAL FACILITY RULES
- Alcohol, pets, skateboards, and bicycles are not permitted to be brought onto the premises.
- Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
- Unsafe behavior, harassment and/or intimidation of any kind (either verbal or physical) or the use of profanity, abusive and/or offensive language is strictly prohibited. Conduct is expected to be in the spirit of good sportsmanship.
- Do not leave valuable items unattended. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced articles.
- All sport activities carry some risk, including risk of serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all risks inherent in the use of this facility, whether resulting from entry on the premises or participation in activities.
- No RV’s or Travel Trailers are permitted on property at any time. Vehicles left overnight will be towed at owner’s expense.
- Please lock your vehicle and remove any valuables from sight to reduce risk of car break-in.
- No outside balls are permitted in the facility. Please leave all sports balls in your car. Ball play is allowed only on the fields.
- Additional facility rules are posted throughout the Sportsplex. It is your responsibility to read, understand and comply with these rules.
- Failure to comply with any of the facility rules is grounds for suspension or expulsion from this facility.
ARENA RULES
- Anyone playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be ejected from the facility.
- Unsafe behavior, harassment and/or intimidation of any kind (either verbal or physical) or the use of profanity, abusive and/or offensive language is strictly prohibited. Conduct is expected to be in the spirit of good sportsmanship.
- Engaging in a physical altercation, for any reason, may result in suspension of the entire team.
- All sport activities carry some risk, including risk of serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all risks inherent in the use of this facility, whether resulting from entry on the premises or participation in activities.
- Do not leave valuable items unattended. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced articles.
- Alcohol, chewing tobacco, chewing gum, sunflower seeds, and food of any kind are not permitted on fields, in player boxes or locker rooms. Spitting is not permitted.
- Glass containers and beverages are not allowed on the field for safety reasons.
- Ball play is only permitted on the fields. No kicking, bouncing, throwing, hitting or rolling balls of any kind outside the arenas/rinks.
- No outside balls permitted in the facility. If balls are found they will be confiscated.
- Only players and coaches are permitted on the benches.
- Do not stand on the bleachers.
- Do not pound on the glass panels.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- It is the players’/coaches’ responsibility to check the bench following a game for water and debris. Please clean up any mess or spills.
- Failure to comply with any of the above rules is grounds for suspension or expulsion from this facility.
INFLATABLE PLAY ZONE RULES
- Everyone must check in at the desk. Parent/legal guardian must sign a release form for every participant.
- Please take your child to the restroom before entering the play area. You will be called if your child needs to use the restroom.
- Use of the Play Zone carries some risk, including risk of serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all risks inherent in the use of this facility, whether resulting from entry on the premises or participation in activities.
- Do not leave valuable items unattended. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced articles.
- Socks are required for everyone entering the gated area, including parents. No shoes or bare feet permitted.
- Leave shoes, food, drinks (including baby bottles & water bottles) and strollers outside the gates.
- Be respectful. No pushing, hitting or horseplay.
- Let younger children go first.
- You must be 12 or younger to participate in Open Play hours.
- Open Play admission is free for children under 18 months.
- Children ages 4 and younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Responsible adult must remain on-site at Silver Creek Sportsplex.
- Children may exit the gated area only when accompanied by the adult who signed them in.
- Failure to comply with any of the above rules is grounds for suspension or expulsion from this facility.
RINK AREA RULES
- Anyone playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be ejected from the facility.
- Unsafe behavior, harassment and/or intimidation of any kind (either verbal or physical) or the use of profanity, abusive and/or offensive language is strictly prohibited. the spirit of good sportsmanship. Abusive conduct towards staff or facility will be grounds for immediate expulsion. Conduct is expected to be in the spirit of good sportsmanship.

- Alcohol, chewing tobacco, chewing gum, sunflower seeds, and food of any kind are not permitted on rinks, in locker rooms or on player benches. Spitting is not permitted.
- Glass containers and beverages are not permitted on the playing surface for safety reasons.
- All hockey players must wear an H.E.C.C. approved helmet with full face protection, and the helmet strap properly fastened.
- Skates may be worn only between the locker room and the adjacent rink. Skating is not permitted past the red lines on the floor.
- Sticks and pucks are to be used only on the rinks. Stick handling and playing with balls/pucks of any kind are not permitted off the rinks. Failure to comply will result in equipment being confiscated.
- Black tape is not permitted.
- Do not pound on glass panels.
- Locker room areas are for players and coaches only. Children under 10 may be accompanied by a parent before and after games only.
- It is the players’/coaches’ responsibility to check the bench and locker rooms following a game for water and debris. Please clean up any mess or spills.
